#electrifybondi became the talk of the town with influencers generating significant editorial matched with exciting images. This supported Luxottica’s extensive campaign and ensured that Sunglass Hut, and their products, gained enormous reach.
An exciting activation was created around four socially exchangeable moments to enhance the energy and fun of summer, from morning to night, inviting the public to join in on the fun.
First we welcomed the morning with a Sunglass hut branded yoga class to ‘feel the vibe’ of the beautiful sunrise. To ‘heat things up’ we kicked off a party at Bondi Icebergs taking over the pool for an afternoon of summer fun enlisting sought after DJ’s Dem Foxes to set the soundtrack. Then to ‘shock them all’ we lit up the pool at sunset, handing out free Messina ice cream and let the electrical summer vibe continue into the night.
