Boston Consulting C+ Conference

The Challenge

The brief was to create a C+ Conference with a unique twist - to combine the very finest Sydney locations and experiences into one unforgettable day, whilst also remaining one of the industry’s best-kept secrets.

The Creation

In order to deliver a precise balance between a premium experience and discretion, Doltone House at Pyrmont Sydney was selected as the venue.

Throughout the day, executives participated in the custom designed conference program, where they met and heard from selected VIP speakers such as civil rights lawyer and author Julian Burnside. They dined at the exclusive Flying Fish restaurant and also enjoyed a custom-designed menu from one of Australia’s top restaurants, Quay.

In the evening, guests were treated to a special gala dinner on the Bennelong Lawn and a stunning performance from renowned pianist Simon Tedeschi, who flew in from the USA to perform exclusively for this event, as well as performances by Catherine Hunter and Raymond Crow, (an inventive shadow puppeteer).

The dinner itself was designed and cooked by Sean Connolly from Astral Restaurant, and featured influences from his recent culinary tour of Spain.

The Outcome

The entire event ran flawlessly, enabling the country’s best thought leaders to quietly immerse themselves in a world-class dining and conference experience, before returning to their high-level, high-performance executive lives.
