CHALLENGING THE STATUS QUO

Optus brought together their people to kickstart the year.

The event had to deliver key messages from each business unit whilst creating a cohesive environment that would leave a lasting impact and energise their frontline and internal people for the year ahead.

EVOLVING THE CREATION

Fourth Wall were engaged to creatively conceptualise and deliver four different plenaries, two exhibitions, two award shows and an after party. Over three days we dominated the ICC, delivering various elements of the conference simultaneously, working with major sponsors to integrate them into the exhibition, and managing all talent and speakers. Bruce Kimbrell - Disney’s customer experience expert - who delivered a compelling CX presentation, was a highlight for many.

THE DISCOVERY

KickStart resulted in the Optus team feeling inspired by their achievements from the last year, aligned with the direction of the various units, and empowered to continue to go further for their customers.
