The Challenge

The ARIAs is Australian music industry’s largest and most high-profile awards show; so naturally, Fourth Wall were thrilled to assume the role of producing the music acts while also being technical + production managers for this iconic celebration, and to conquer the challenge of bringing this live television spectacular to life, while also delivering an exciting and unique live experience to the audience.

The Creation

This four-hour event saw us shine the spotlight on top Australian headline acts, as well as international megastars. No special effect was left untapped, as we drew in every showbiz trick available, to make this a truly breathtaking performance that equally dazzled audiences both onsite and online.

The Fourth Wall team loved the challenge of a non-stop, six-day setup period, followed by a 20-hour bumpout – reflective of our team’s breaking the impossible approach,

The Outcome

While a rock ‘n’ roll awards event needs to feel like a wild ride, the essential element we brought to the party was a seamless delivery, resulting from our highly detailed producing, technical direction and production management systems.

While this event has set new benchmarks for world-class standards in technical and staging elements, the outcome closest to our hearts was the relentless screams and applause from fans, which followed every act and was audible from backstage. When you hear four-hours of live audience screams, you know you’ve done something right!
