Paramount Upfront
The Challenge
Paramount enaged Fourth Wall to deliver their biggest show of the year, their Upfront. Booked in The Darling Theatre of ICC, which is a space that holds over 1500 guests but is percieved as a conference space, and the desire was to turn this into one of the biggest Upfronts of the year and show globally how Paramount has progressed in the APAC market.
And in 2024 and 2025 Fourth Wall continued the partnership with the Upfront's in their studios, transforming them into a high end experience with innovative design year on year.
The Creation
Fourth Wall 3D scanned and plotted the entire double curved venue, then worked with Paramount to create larger then Imax styled projection that reacted to each part of the unique theatre. For the arrival of the show's opening hosts they were flown in from the roof from an unseen 'helipcopter' before welcoming guests to thunderous applause. The content brought to life the shows in surround vision that was mesmerizing and keep the audience engaged right till the end. What an end it was with a special performance coming through the rear screen before the mountain of entertainment, synonymous with Paramount, emerged behind and the stage came alight with special effects.
In 2024 the design was bold, bright and edgy with strong use of yellows and blues, with the guest journey meaning Fourth Wall renovated the entrance and walkways into the studio.
A waterfall design was the hero for 2025, a highly innovative and complex build that push the studio structure to its' maxiumum, but also delivered equally in impact and cut through.
The Outcome
Paramount's Upfronts continue to be a huge success, laying down the challenge to the other networks to rise to the occasion, and showing everyone the strength of the global brand of Paramount. Everyone worked in partnership that has defined the way forward and set a new standard and challenged the status quo, from the ICC to the Paramount studios.
