Fourth Wall built the Giant Surface for Microsoft in 2024 as a launch activation for CoPilot — and what started as a single event has since become one of the most travelled brand installations in Microsoft’s global toolkit, appearing across the UK, US and APAC as the centrepiece of the Microsoft AI Tour.

The concept is a larger-than-life replica of the Surface device that stops people in their tracks, creates a natural photo moment and puts the product in guests’ hands at scale.

For 2026, Microsoft challenged Fourth Wall to push it further, integrating the latest CoPilot features including voice activation and real-time image generation. Fourth Wall managed the agentic development end to end, collaborating directly with Microsoft’s engineering team in the US to bring it to life.
